Moving Forward

Yes, I've taken several steps forward towards reaching my dreams :P

We've already paid the reservation fee for our future home. It's still in the pre-selling stage and development is expected to be visible after about a year pa. Right now, it's still grassland :P

We're quite excited! Our location is quite near Tagaytay, around 15 minutes...looking forward to it! We'll be paying for the downpayment starting next month and that would go on for 18 months after which we should expect house turnover in 6 months or so :)

On the sewing project front, I've also purchased fabrics yesterday at Market! Market! I know that it's cheaper to buy in Divisoria but right now, I'm not yet aiming to buy in bulk so it would be more costly to go all the way to Divisoria.

I've also found several DIY sites featuring different techniques for making bags - for now I've chosen the simpler ones :) I'm really a beginner when it comes to sewing. Hindi po ako marunong gumamit ng sewing machine (nyehehe) so yung projects na gagawin ko...de-kamay.

I also have an image in mind for one of my bags. But I need textile paint to make it...saka na lang ako bibili pag nagawa ko na ung bag hehehe.

Libre nga ang mangarap kaya kelangan magpursigi para matupad :)
